Aufgabenbereich

  • Fachliche Qualifizierung und Anleitung der Teilnehmer_innen in der Fahrradwerkstatt am Standort RadVit in Vitis
  • Unterstützung im Verkauf (Kassa, Lager, Bestellungen, Verleih, ...)
  • Abwicklung von Dienstleistungen und Auftragsarbeiten
  • Dokumentation des Fortschrittes der Teilnehmer_innen
  • Unterstützung bei der Arbeitsmarktintegration
  • Unterstützung bei Öffentlichkeitsarbeit, Marketing und Qualitätssicherung

Wir erwarten:

  • Einschlägige Ausbildung im Bereich (Fahrrad-) Mechanik/ Mechatronik
  • Fachtrainer_innenausbildung im Ausmaß von 100 Std. oder vergleichbare
  • sozial(pädagogisch)e Ausbildung bzw. Erfahrung in der Erwachsenenbildung - kann ev. auch nachgeholt werden
  • Kenntnisse im Umgang mit Personen mit psychischer Beeinträchtigung erwünscht
  • Technisches Verständnis und Geschick
  • Führerschein B
  • gute EDV-Kenntnisse
  • Soziale Kompetenz, Führungskompetenz und Engagement
  • Teamfähigkeit und Flexibilität
  • psychische und körperliche Belastbarkeit
  • Bereitschaft zu Weiterbildung, Supervision und Selbstreflexion

  • Entlohnung lt. Kollektivvertrag der Sozialwirtschaft Österreich, Verwendungsgruppe 7 (Einstiegsgehalt brutto € 3.074,80 für 37,0 Std., Erhöhung je nach anrechenbaren Vordienstzeiten)
