Behavior Technician (BT/RBT) - Hastings, Michigan

Job Type: Part-Time | Weekdays 4:00pm - 6:30pm
Location: In-Person - Hastings, MI
Pay: $20-$23 per hour (depending on experience)

We're hiring RBTs and Behavior Technicians with a 40-hour RBT training certificate to deliver play-based early intervention for neurodivergent children. We're a BCBA-owned, neurodiversity-affirming ABA practice. No table drills. All play, all heart.

Your day:

1:1 play-based ABA in homes, preschools, parks, and libraries

Follow BCBA-designed plans and track progress through session data

Build trusting relationships with little ones and their caregivers

You're our person if you:

Are dependable, show up consistently, and rarely cancel

Give one month's notice for long-term schedule changes

Welcome feedback and push yourself to grow

Want to build a long-term career with one company

Have your 40-hour RBT training done (or will finish before you start)

Have experience with young children (daycare, preschool, nanny, early ed), reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and can lift 50 lbs and play on the floor
