Ihr Profil:

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung in der Gastronomie /Tourismusschule
  • mehrjährige Berufserfahrung
  • Berufserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Position
  • Gepflegtes auftreten, liebe zum Beruf, selbstsicher und kommunikationsstark
  • Verantwortungsbewusst, selbstständig, flexibel, belastbar und organisiert
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (Wort & Schrift)
  • Gute Englischkenntnisse

Aufgaben:

  • Organisation des täglichen Restaurantbetriebs
  • Führung und Einsatzplanung des Teams
  • Betreuung unserer Gäste und Sicherstellung eines guten Services
  • Einhaltung von Hygiene- und Qualitätsstandard
  • Warenbestellung und Lagerkontrolle
  • Unterstützung bei der Personaleinarbeitung
  • Zusammenarbeit mit Küche und Geschäftsleitung
