Dein Aufgabengebiet:

  • Unterstützung des Restaurantleiters bei der operativen Führung des Restaurants
  • Gewährleistung eines erstklassigen Kundenserviceerlebnisses
  • Koordination des Servicepersonals und Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Ablaufs
  • Unterstützung bei der Planung und Umsetzung von Verkaufs- und Marketingaktionen
  • Schulung und Entwicklung des Servicepersonals, insbesondere von neuen Mitarbeitern
  • aktive Mitarbeit an der Umsetzung unserer Philosophie "Make Menschlichkeit Great Again"

Deine Qualifikation:

  • abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bereich Gastronomie, Hotelmanagement oder vergleichbar
  • mindestens drei Jahre Berufserfahrung im Servicebereich
  • motiviert, engagiert und verkaufsorientiert mit einer Leidenschaft für Kundenservice
  • Teamplayer mit ausgeprägten kommunikativen Fähigkeiten
  • Identifikation mit unserer Philosophie "Make Menschlichkeit Great Again" und Bereitschaft, sie aktiv zu leben
  • kommunikationssichere Deutschkenntnisse sowie idealerweise Kenntnisse in weiteren Sprachen
