Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Vorbereitung für die ausgelagerte Buchhaltung
  • Erstellung der monatlichen Umsatzsteuervoranmeldungen
  • Erstellung von Ausgangsrechnungen
  • Durchführung des Mahnlaufes
  • Rechnungskontrolle
  • Vorbereitung/Durchführung/Überwachung des Zahlungsverkehrs
  • Vorbereitung der Lohnverrechnung
  • Erstellung der Provisionsabrechnungen
  • Allgemeine administrative Tätigkeiten
  • Kommunikation mit Steuerberater

Unsere Erwartungen:

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung (HAK, HLW, kaufmännische Lehre)
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Position
  • Buchhaltungskenntnisse erwünscht
  • Kenntnisse in der Personalverrechnung von Vorteil
  • Sehr gute MS-Office Kenntnisse
  • Selbstständiger, strukturierter und genauer Arbeitsstil, Teamfähigkeit
  • Einsatzbereitschaft und Teamfähigkeit
  • Diskretion und Zuverlässigkeit

Arbeitszeit:

  • Teilzeitbeschäftigung
  • 25 bis 30 Stunden/Woche
