Dienstort: Zentrale Eferding

  • Die Herausforderung:
  • Gesamtverantwortung für die Finanzbuchhaltung (Haupt- und Nebenbücher)
  • Ermittlung und termingerechte Abgabe sämtlicher Steuern und Abgaben
  • Erstellung von Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüssen nach den Vorschriften des UGB
  • Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von steuerlichen und gesetzlichen Vorschriften
  • Vorbereitung und Begleitung für Revisions- und Betriebsprüfungen
  • Ansprechperson für Wirtschaftsprüfer, Steuerberater und Behörden
  • Verantwortung für Liquiditätsplanung und Liquiditätsüberwachung
  • Verwaltung der Mitgliederbuchhaltung unserer Genossenschaft
  • Buchung von FIBU-Geschäftsfällen samt Jahresabschlussbuchungen
  • Betriebskostenabrechnung und Indexanpassung vermieteter Objekte
  • Unterstützung bei Audits und internen Kontrollen (IKS)
  • Dein Profil:
  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung samt erfolgreich absolvierter Bilanzbuchhalterprüfung
  • Fundierte Berufserfahrung im Bereich Finanz- und Rechnungswesen
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse in: UGB (Österreich) & Steuerrecht und Rechnungslegung
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office (insbesondere Excel)
