Im Auftrag unseres Kunden suchen wir telefonische Kundenberater/innen Inbound (m/w/d) in Vollzeit oder Teilzeit für ein Dienstleistungsunternehmen mit Sitz in Hamburg.

Die Anstellung erfolgt zunächst im Rahmen der Arbeitnehmerüberlassung, eine anschließende Übernahme ist nach 6 Monaten geplant.

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Telefonische Beratung und Unterstützung der Kunden
  • E-Mail-Bearbeitung und Beantwortung sowie Weiterleitung
  • Backoffice-Sachbearbeitung
  • Erstellung von Dokumentationen

Ihr Profil:

  • Idealerweise Ausbildung im kaufmännischen Bereich, zum/r Einzelhandelskaufmann/-frau oder zum/r Hotelkaufmann/-frau oder anderen Kunden- oder Dienstleistungsorientierten Berufen.
  • Quereinsteiger willkommen!
  • Gute PC-Kenntnisse, MS-Office
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse
