Im Zuge der Arbeitnehmerüberlassung suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen Callcenter Agent ( m/w/d )

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Telefonische Betreuung von Kunden im Inbound- und/oder Outbound-Bereich
  • Bearbeitung von Kundenanfragen, Reklamationen und Bestellungen
  • Beratung zu Produkten und Dienstleistungen
  • Pflege und Dokumentation von Kundendaten im System
  • Sicherstellung einer hohen Kundenzufriedenheit

Ihr Profil

  • Erste Erfahrung im Kundenservice oder Call Center von Vorteil, aber nicht zwingend erforderlich
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit und freundliches Auftreten
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Sicherer Umgang mit dem PC
  • Gute Englischkenntnisse
  • Belastbarkeit sowie lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Teamfähigkeit und Zuverlässigkeit
  • Führerschein & Auto wünschenswert aber kein muss
