  • Kundentelefonie (Outbound)
  • Klärung von Rückfragen
  • Dokumentation der Gespräche

Unsere Anforderungen

  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse und gute Englischkenntnisse
  • Gute Kommuniktationsfähigkeiten
  • Geduld und Feinngefühl
