Für unsere Niederlassung in Augsburg suchen wir ab sofort einen Call Center Agent (m/w/d).

Aufgaben, Kompetenzen und Verantwortung
Anrufe entgegennehmen oder tätigen
Bestellungen und Reklamationen aufnehmen
Kundenfragen beatnworten
Beratungs- und Verkaufsgespräche führen
Markt- und Meinungsumfragen durchführen
Post und E-Mails bearbeiten

Fachliche Anforderungen
EDV-Andwendungskenntnisse
Freude am Kontakt mit Menschen
Gerne im Büro arbeiten
Guter Gehörsinn
Kommunikationsfähigkeit
Selbstständiges Arbeiten
Verantwortungsbewusstsein
