Deine Aufgaben:

· Bearbeitung und Lösung von Störungen und Serviceanfragen entgegennehmen (schriftlich, telefonisch)

· Du leitest Anliegen weiter an Servicetechniker oder Supporteinheiten, kümmerst dich um Anliegen bis zur Lösung

· Datenpflege im Intranet

Dein Profil:

· Idealerweise Erste Berufserfahrung im Verkauf oder im Call Center

· Sichere Umgang mit PC

· Kundenorientierung

· Gute Deutsch Sprachkenntnisse (ab Sprachniveau B2)
