Ab sofort suchen wir mehrere Call Center Agenten (m/w/d) im Inbound in Düsseldorf

### Deine Aufgaben:

  • Telefonische Betreuung von Bestandskunden im Inbound (kein Verkauf)
  • Bearbeitung von Anfragen zu Produkten, Verträgen oder Dienstleistungen
  • Dokumentation der Gesprächsinhalte im System
  • Weiterleitung komplexer Anliegen an die Fachabteilungen
  • Freundlicher und lösungsorientierter Kundenservice

### Das bringst du mit:

  • Erfahrung im Call Center oder im Kundenservice von Vorteil – kein Muss
  • Freundliche Stimme und serviceorientiertes Auftreten
  • Gute PC-Kenntnisse und schnelle Auffassungsgabe
  • Zuverlässigkeit, Teamgeist und Kommunikationsstärke
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
