Deine Aufgaben

  • vertriebliche Beratung zu Produkten, Preisen und Tarifen
  • proaktive Verkaufsansprache
  • Cross- & Upsell bei Bestandskunden
  • Sicherstellung der Kundenbindung und Kundenzufriedenheit
  • Nachbereitung der Gespräche

Dein Profil

  • sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • sicherer Umgang mit PC-Anwendungen (z.B. MS Office)
  • Bereitschaft zur Schichtarbeit
  • Freude am Telefonieren sowie an vertrieblichen Herausforderungen
  • selbstständige Arbeitsweise und schnelle Auffassungsgabe
