  • Wir suchen zur Erweiterung für unser Unternehmen in Görlitz innovative und engagierte neue Mitarbeiter (w/m/d).
  • Zu den Aufgaben gehören:
  • Telefonische Betreung von "Business- und Privatkunden"
  • Telefonische Umberatung von "Bestandskunden"
  • Terminvereinbarungen per Telefon für persönliche Kundenbetreuung durch Außendienstmitarbeiter
  • Kundenrückgewinnung
  • Dokumentation der Gesprächsinhalte und Pflege der Kundenkontaktdaten in verschiedenen Systemen
  • Datenerfassung und Datenpflege im mandantenspezifischen System
  • Der Einsatz für die Telefonie erfolgt sowohl im Inbound als auch im Outbound. Des Weiteren betreuen wir für unsere Auftraggeber auch E-Mail und Casebearbeitung.
  • Es sind unterschiedliche Arbeitszeitmodelle im Schichtsystem Montag bis Samstag (keine Sonn- und Feiertage) möglich.
