Ihre zukünftigen Aufgaben:

  • Herzlicher Empfang und Betreuung unserer internationalen Gäste
  • Professionelle Abwicklung von Check-in / Check-out
  • Reservierungsmanagement und Zimmerzuweisung
  • Erledigung von Gästeanfragen und Reklamationen
  • Rechnungslegung, Kassaführung und Zahlungsabwicklung
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Housekeeping, Frühstücksservice und Technik
  • Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Hotelbetriebs auch in den Abend- und Nachtstunden

Das bringen Sie mit:

  • Erste Berufserfahrung in der Hotellerie, Gastronomie oder einem anderen dienstleistungsorientierten Bereich (gerne auch Quereinsteiger_innen mit entsprechender Motivation)
  • Sehr gute Umgangsformen, ausgeprägte Höflichkeit und starke Dienstleistungsorientierung
  • Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (weitere Sprachen von Vorteil)
  • Hohe Einsatzbereitschaft für Früh-, Spät- und Wochenenddienste (Schichtbetrieb)
  • Freundliche, belastbare und teamfähige Persönlichkeit
  • Gepflegtes Erscheinungsbild
