Zur Unterstützung unseres Teams suchen wir zum 01.12.2026 in Berlin-Mitte einen Empfangsmitarbeiter (m/w/d) in Teilzeit.

  • So sieht deine Arbeit aus:
  • ✓ Entgegennahme und Weiterleitung von Anrufen
  • ✓ Annahme, Verteilung und Versand von Post sowie Verwaltung des allgemeinen E-Mail-Verkehrs
  • ✓ Besuchermanagement
  • ✓ allgemeine administrative Tätigkeiten im Empfangsbereich
  • Das bringst du mit:
  • ✓ sehr gute Deutschkenntnissse in Wort und Schrift
  • ✓ sicherer Umgang mit MS-Office
  • ✓ Erfahrung im Empfangsbereich von Vorteil
  • ✓ Organisationsgeschick und Teamfähigkeit
  • Das erwartet dich als Empfangsmitarbeiter (m/w/d):
  • ✓ 4-Tage-Woche (ca. 35 Std. / Woche)
  • ✓ feste Arbeitszeiten: Mo., Di., Do.: 08:00 - 18:00 Uhr und Fr. 08:00 - 17:00 Uhr
