  • Ihre Aufgaben:
  • Leitung bereifsübergreifender Projekte sowie Erstellung von SOP?s und Mitwirkung an kontinuierlichen Optimierungsprojekten
  • Schnittstelle zu internen und externen Steakholdern sowie Präsentation von Projekten
  • Koordinierung und Durchführung von Audits sowie Unterstützung bei Abweichungen, Risikoanalysen oder der Umsetzung von Compliance-Maßnahmen
  • Einführung und Weiterentwicklung digitaler Produktionsprozesse sowie Automatisierungsinitativen
  • Vertretung des Abteilungsleiters, Unterstützung bei operativen und strategischen Personalagenden
  • Ihr Profil:
  • Abgeschlossene höhere Ausbildung (FH/Universität) mit Fokus auf naturwissenschaftliche oder technische Fachrichtungen
  • Mind. 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung in einer GMP-regulierten Produktion
  • Kenntnisse in der Planung und Durchführung von Audits
  • Sehr gute MS-Office und MES-Kenntnisse
  • Verhandlungssicher in deutscher und englischer Sprache
  • Entscheidungs- und umsetzungstarke Person
