About the Job:

• •Manage the preparation of financial statements, management reports, and statutory submissions.
• •Lead annual audits and coordinate with external auditors to ensure timely completion of audit requirements.
• •Oversee budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, fund transfers, and financial planning activities.
• •Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory, taxation, and reporting requirements.
• •Review financial transactions, payment vouchers, journals, reconciliations, and financial controls to ensure accuracy and governance.
• •Administer government grants, insurance matters, contracts, and procurement-related financial processes.
• •Monitor investment portfolios and review proposals from external fund managers.
• •Lead and develop the finance team while driving continuous improvements in financial processes and controls.
• •Engage and respond to queries from stakeholders, clients, tenants, and service users on financial-related matters.

About You:

• •Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Finance, Business, or a related discipline. Professional qualifications (CA, ACCA, CPA, ICAEW, or equivalent) will be an advantage.
• •Minimum 5- 8 years of relevant experience in finance, accounting, auditing, or financial management, with at least 1-3 years in a supervisory role.
• •Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, taxation, audit management, compliance, and internal controls.
• •Proven people management and stakeholder management experience.
• •Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
