This is a unique opportunity to lead a broad and high-impact portfolio spanning Sales Operations, Marketing, Strategic Programs and Commercial Enablement across our Parcels business. Reporting to the EGM Sales, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping strategy, driving performance, and delivering the initiatives that unlock growth across the organisation.

Leading a team of approximately 20 people, including three direct reports, you'll bring together commercial strategy and operational execution to ensure our sales teams have the tools, insights, programs and support they need to win in the market.

This is a role for a leader who thrives on complexity, influences at the highest levels, and is passionate about building high-performing teams that deliver exceptional customer outcomes.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and execute the integrated sales, marketing and commercial enablement strategy that supports our growth ambitions.
  • Lead Sales Operations, Marketing and Strategic Programs to drive revenue growth and commercial performance.
  • Shape and manage the sales operating rhythm, including forecasting, planning, governance and performance reporting.
  • Drive cross-functional alignment across Sales, Product, Pricing, Operations, Finance and Go-to-Market teams.
  • Lead major strategic initiatives from concept through to execution, ensuring business priorities are translated into measurable outcomes.
  • Use customer insights, market intelligence and data analytics to improve commercial performance and identify new growth opportunities.
  • Build, coach and develop a high-performing leadership team while fostering a culture of accountability, innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Partner with executive leaders to influence business direction and shape the future of our commercial organisation.

What You'll Bring

  • Significant senior leadership experience across Sales, Commercial Strategy, Sales Operations or Business Development.
  • A proven track record delivering growth within complex B2B organisations, ideally within logistics, transport, supply chain or related industries.
  • Deep expertise in sales planning, commercial operations, forecasting, performance management and program delivery.
  • Outstanding stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence executive and C-suite decision making.
  • Exceptional commercial and financial acumen, with the capability to turn insight into action.
  • Strong strategic thinking balanced by a passion for execution and results.
  • Experience leading large-scale transformation, strategic initiatives and cross-functional teams.
  • A leadership style that develops capability, inspires performance and creates an inclusive, high-accountability culture
