Grants Manager

As a Grants Manager on the Stand Together Trust team you will lead process improvements, build capabilities, and drive operational excellence on a portfolio of grants supporting social change entrepreneurs. In this role, you will build relationships and collaborate with diverse internal stakeholders within a growing team. You will apply a detail-oriented project management background to identify gaps and drive solutions that result in transformational change.

Within this new role on the Stand Together Trust team, you will support a portfolio of current and future partnerships focused on shifting education from a one-size-fits-all system to learning that’s tailored to each student’s unique gifts, interests, and needs. This role is part of the operational engine that supports Stand Together’s Education Paradigm and Programming .

This role is essential to our success in keeping pace with the demand for our support and will help build a team focused on operational and relationship excellence.
