Je nach persönlicher Qualifizierung ist eine Vergütung bis zur Entgeltgruppe KR 13 gemäß TV-L KR möglich.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Leitung des Stationsteams
  • Koordination der Personaleinsatzplanung
  • Steuerung der Patientenströme
  • Sicherstellung der pflegerischen Patientenversorgung innerhalb der ökonomischen Rahmenvorgaben

Dein Profil

  • abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Pflegefachkraft
  • Weiterbildung für Leitungsaufgaben in der Pflege oder ein vergleichbares Studium mit Bacherlorabschluss (Schwerpunkt Pflegemanagement o.ä.)
  • mehrjährige Berufserfahrung als Leitung eines Pflegebereichs
