Hard Rock Hotel - Revenue Manager

At Hard Rock Hotel Malta, revenue management plays a key role in driving the commercial performance of the hotel. As Revenue Manager , you will take ownership of pricing strategy, demand forecasting and distribution performance to maximise revenue and profitability across all segments.

📊 Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute pricing and revenue strategies across all market segments and distribution channels

Monitor demand trends, booking patterns, market conditions and competitor activity

Optimise inventory, rates and restrictions to maximise revenue and profitability

Manage distribution channels and maintain rate integrity across all platforms

Analyse pace, pickup and performance against budget and forecast

Prepare accurate forecasts, reports and performance analysis for management

Identify revenue opportunities and recommend actions based on data and market trends

Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Reservations and Operations to align commercial strategies and maximise overall hotel performance

💡 What We’re Looking For

Strong and proven experience in hotel revenue management is essential

Previous experience as a Revenue Manager or in a similar hotel revenue management role

Strong understanding of hotel pricing, forecasting, inventory management and distribution

Solid knowledge of RMS, PMS, channel management and distribution platforms

Excellent analytical skills with a strong data-driven approach to decision-making

Commercially focused, structured and confident in making and communicating revenue decisions

Ability to interpret complex data and translate insights into clear commercial actions

Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with different departments

Fluent in English

Applicants must currently be based in Malta or be EU nationals with the right to work in Malta
