  • Profil • Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Betriebswirtschaft,
  • Personalmanagement oder vergleichbare Qualifikation •
  • Berufserfahrung im HR Controlling oder im Controlling Umfeld •
  • Ausgeprägtes analytisches Denkvermögen und hohes Zahlenverständnis
  • Sehr gute Excel Kenntnisse, Erfahrung mit HR Systemen von Vorteil
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift Ihre Vorteile •
  • Gezielte Weiterbildungs sowie Re und Upskilling Maßnahmen •
