Aufgabengebiet

  • Verantwortung für HR-Controlling, Headcount-Tracking sowie Budgetplanung und Forecasting für die Region Nordeuropa.
  • -Erstellung, Analyse und Interpretation relevanter HR-Kennzahlen und Reports.
  • -Durchführung von Budget-Monitoring sowie Analyse von Plan-Ist-Abweichungen.
  • -Erstellung managementgerechter Präsentationen und Entscheidungsvorlagen.
  • -Entwicklung und Optimierung von Dashboards in Excel, SAP und perspektivisch Power BI.
  • -Beratung von Führungskräften in personalwirtschaftlichen und finanziellen Fragestellungen.
  • -Enge Zusammenarbeit mit internationalen Headquarters sowie verschiedenen regionalen Stakeholdern.
  • -Identifikation und Umsetzung von Digitalisierungs- und Automatisierungspotenzialen innerhalb der HR-Prozesse.

Anforderungsprofil

  • Erfahrung im HR-Controlling, HR-Finance oder einem vergleichbaren analytischen Umfeld.
  • -Fundierte Kenntnisse in Budgetierung, Forecasting, Personalplanung und Reporting.
  • -Sehr gute Kenntnisse in MS Excel sowie praktische Erfahrung mit SAP.
  • -Erfahrung im Aufbau und der Visualisierung von Kennzahlen und Dashboards.
  • -Ausgeprägte Zahlenaffinität und analytische Denkweise.
  • -Kommunikationsstarke Persönlichkeit mit Durchsetzungsvermögen und souveränem Auftreten gegenüber Management-Stakeholdern.
  • -Strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise, auch unter Zeitdruck.
  • -Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse.
