We at Coforge are hiring Intelligent Automation Engineer (#006fu00000cVw6gAAC-1) with the following skill set.

  • Key Responsibilities
  • · Design, develop, and maintain automation solutions using UiPath and Microsoft Power Automate.
  • · Build intelligent automation workflows leveraging Agentic AI concepts and frameworks.
  • · Develop automation scripts and reusable components using Python, PowerShell, or similar technologies.
  • · Integrate AI/ML models into automation solutions using UiPath AI Center, Microsoft AI capabilities, or related platforms.
  • · Analyze business processes and proactively identify automation opportunities that improve efficiency and scalability.
  • · Gather, document, and validate requirements with business stakeholders and internal clients.
  • · Ensure automation solutions are scalable, secure, maintainable, and aligned with best practices.
  • · Collaborate within Agile/Scrum teams to deliver continuous improvements and high-quality solutions.
  • · Perform testing, debugging, monitoring, and optimization of automation workflows.
  • · Contribute to CI/CD and DevOps practices supporting automation deployment and lifecycle management.
  • · Create and maintain technical documentation for developed solutions.
  • Required Skills & Qualifications
  • · Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • · Proven experience with UiPath and/or Microsoft Power Automate.
  • · Hands-on experience with Agentic AI or AI-driven automation solutions.
  • · Experience with scripting languages such as Python, PowerShell, or similar.
  • · Strong understanding of automation frameworks, design patterns, and automation best practices.
  • · Experience working within Agile/Scrum environments.
  • · Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • · Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities.
  • · Ability to work independently, take ownership, and drive initiatives with minimal supervision.
  • · Experience with UiPath AI Center for integrating Machine Learning models into automation workflows.
  • · Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform AI capabilities, including AI Builder, Copilot Studio, and Azure AI integrations.
  • Preferred Skills
  • · Familiarity with Azure AI Foundry or similar AI platforms.
  • · Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
  • · Experience with APIs, microservices, and enterprise system integrations.
  • · UiPath, Microsoft Power Platform, or Azure certifications.
  • · Experience building scalable intelligent automation solutions across enterprise environments.
