What you'll be doing

As our Investment Products Operations Specialist, you'll be a key member of this growing division within the Satispay Group, playing an instrumental role in driving our ambitious plans to expand the scope of this business. You’ll join our Investment Products group in Luxembourg, reporting to the Head of Satispay’s Investment Firm.

Here’s what your day-to-day will look like:

Order Monitoring and Daily Triage : Oversee high-volume retail investment order flows, identifying and resolving execution exceptions, settlement failures and operational discrepancies.

Partner & Transfer Agent Operations: Serve as primary operational contact for custody and execution partners, ensuring seamless end-to-end processing of batch mutual fund subscriptions/redemptions and daily equity/ETF trades.

Reconciliation & Discrepancy Management : Perform daily cash, position, and trade reconciliations between internal platform logs and external partner reporting to identify, track and resolve cash or unit discrepancies promptly

Escalation & Engineering Liaison: Act as the operational bridge between Luxembourg finance and business operations and the Milan-based product and engineering teams, translating systemic operational issues into functional requirements for platform improvements.

Operational readiness for Expansion: Support the operational design, testing and launch of new investment products and asset classes as the platform expands.

Who we're looking for

This role needs someone who is a problem-solver with a strong analytical mindset, detail-oriented, and ready to take ownership in a fast-paced environment.

Relevant experience: 3-5+ years in Fintech or Investment Operations. Solid background in wealthtech, retail brokerage, or investment management operations, with hands-on exposure to mutual funds, equities, ETFs, or crypto products.

Partner & Execution Model Experience: Direct experience dealing with 3rd party custodians, trade execution partners, transfer agents

Scalable infrastructure mindset: Experience operating within fast-growing retail platforms, with a focus on building repeatable, automated processes that eliminate manual interventions as trading volumes scale.

Growth & Licensing Ambition: Excited by the prospect of building an in-house investment operations function from scratch in Luxembourg as the firm expands its regulatory footprint.

Language proficiency: You are fluent in English, with knowledge of Italian considered a strong advantage.
