  • 2nd-Level-Supports über eine IT-Service-Hotline Verwendung eines
  • globalen Ticketsystems und Eskalation an zentrale IT-Teams Genereller
  • IT-Support für das Logistikzentrum Weinheim Einrichtung und Pflege
  • von neuem IT-Equipment (Drucker, PCs, mobile Endgeräte, etc.)
  • Kommunikation über Telefon, E-Mail, Chat, etc. Teilnahme an Meetings,
  • Telefonkonferenzen, Online-Trainings, etc. Dokumentation und
  • Kommunikation von Prozessen sowie Änderungen an der
  • Client-IT-Infrastruktur und Software-Rollouts Umbauarbeiten an der
  • IT-Infrastruktur (Serverräume, Schaltschränke, Verkabelung, etc.)
  • Betreuung und Überwachung der Client-Infrastruktur Profil Erfolgreich
  • abgeschlossene IT-Ausbildung oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Teamarbeit im internationalen Umfeld
  • Starke analytische Fähigkeiten und ausgeprägte Serviceorientierung
  • Umfassendes technisches Verständnis, insbesondere in
  • Client-IT-Bereichen wie Windows, mobile Endgeräte,
  • Softwareverteilung, Active Directory Kenntnisse in Anwendungssoftware
  • wie Office 365, SAP, usw. Gute Netzwerkinfrastrukturkenntnisse
  • (WAN/LAN, Protokolle, dazugehörige Services) Englischkenntnisse in
  • Wort und Schrift Bereitschaft zu Arbeitseinsätzen außerhalb der
  • üblichen Kernzeiten für IT-Infrastrukturumstellungen Perspektiven
