  • Als IT Support 1st Level (m/w/d) unterstützt du Kunden telefonisch und bearbeitest IT-Anfragen strukturiert. Die Tätigkeit findet hauptsächlich vor Ort in Dresden statt und erfolgt im Rahmen der Arbeitnehmerüberlassung für 18 Monate . Die DIS AG bietet dir dabei den Einstieg in ein spannendes Kundenunternehmen.
  • Die vorliegende Stelle ist im Rahmen der Arbeitnehmerüberlassung zu besetzen.

IT Support 1st Level (m/w/d)

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Als IT Support 1st Level (m/w/d) übernimmst du in Dresden:
  • Du nimmst Kundenanfragen telefonisch an und betreust sie serviceorientiert
  • Du erstellst, kontrollierst und verfolgst Tickets
  • Du identifizierst IT-Probleme und unterstützt bei der Störungsbehebung
  • Du berätst Kunden zu ihren IT-Anfragen und eskalierst Vorgänge bei Bedarf
  • Du erstellst und bearbeitest Accounts in verschiedenen Systemen

Ihre Qualifikationen:

  • Für die Rolle als IT Support 1st Level (m/w/d) bringst du mit:
  • Grundlegende IT-Affinität und idealerweise erste Erfahrungen im IT-Umfeld
  • Kommunikationsstärke am Telefon und ein gutes Gespür für Deeskalation
  • Idealerweise Erfahrung mit Ticketsystemen
  • Verhandlungssicheres Deutsch und sehr gutes Englisch
  • Eine Ausbildung im IT-Bereich, zum Beispiel als Fachinformatiker, ist hilfreich
  • Auch Quereinsteiger IT mit Lernbereitschaft sind willkommen
  • Als IT Support 1st Level (m/w/d) erwarten dich:
  • 20 Stunden Teilzeit pro Woche und 16 € Stundenlohn
  • Urlaubs- und Weihnachtsgeld
  • Arbeitnehmerüberlassung für 18 Monate bei einem spannenden Kunden in Dresden
  • Individuelle Entwicklungsoptionen sowie zunächst Frühschicht von 07:00 bis 11:30 Uhr
