### Sie sind verantwortlich für:

  • Operative und wirtschaftliche Steuerung, Organisation sowie Gesamtkoordination der Medizinischen Versorgungszentren (MVZ) an
  • allen Klinikstandorten
  • Kontinuierliche Optimierung der ambulanten Versorgungsprozesse unter der Nutzung von digitalen Anwendungen wie Videosprechstunden und
  • Telemedizin
  • Aufbau und Weiterentwicklung kliniknaher und klinikintegrierter ambulanter Versorgungsprozesse
  • Verbesserung der sektoren- und fachübergreifende Zusammenarbeit sowie Entwicklung integrativer Versorgungskonzepte
  • Personalplanung und disziplinarische Führung aller nachgeordneter Mitarbeitenden
  • Unternehmensstruktur und Marketing der MVZ
  • Übernahme der Praxisbewertung sowie die Integration von weiteren ambulanten Zulassungen und Ermächtigungsambulanzen

### Das bringen Sie mit:

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium im Gesundheitswesen mit Managementerfahrung in klinischen und ambulanten Versorgungsstrukturen
  • Organisationstalent mit einem guten Gespür für Zahlen
  • Nachhaltige Prozessgestaltung und effektives Projektmanagement sind Ihnen wichtig
  • Arbeitsweise, Flexibilität und Zuverlässigkeit
