Für unseren Kunden in Willich suchen wir eine/n Mitarbeiter/in (m/w/d) im Bereich Sales Support / Customer Service. Die Stelle kann in Vollzeit oder in Teilzeit (ab 30 Std.) ausgeübt werden.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Betreuung nationaler und internationaler Kunden
  • Kaufmännische Abwicklung der Aufträge: von der Auftragserfassung im Warenwirtschaftssystem bis zur Fakturierung sowie Pflege der Kundenkonten
  • Sicherstellen fristgerechter Lieferungen gemäß Kundenwunsch
  • Erfassen und Prüfen von Lieferterminen in Abstimmung mit der Produktion und Unterstützung in der Zollabwicklung
  • Platzierung von Bestellungen
  • Kommunikation mit Kunden per Telefon und E-Mail

Deine Qualifikation

  • Kaufmännische Ausbildung oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Erfahrung im Customer Service bzw. in der Auftragsabwicklung
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Gute Kenntnisse in MS Office
  • Erfahrung mit Warenwirtschaftssystemen wünschenswert
