Ihr neuer Job

  • Betreuen der Kunden bei allen Service-, Ersatzteil- und Komponentenanfragen
  • Auftrags- und Reklamationsmanagement
  • Koordination und Schnittstellenmanagement (enge Zusammenarbeit mit Vertrieb, Logistik, Technik und Projektmanagement)
  • Durchführen von Datenpflege und Reporting
  • Erstellen von Versand-, Zoll und Exportdokumenten

Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische oder technische Berufsausbildung
  • Einschlägige Berufserfahrung in einem industriellen Umfeld, sowie im Kundenservice
  • Technisches Verständnis und Kenntniss branchenspezifischer Normen
  • Erfahrung mit ERP-Systemen (gerne AIDA ORGA) und CRM-Systemen
  • Grundkenntnisse in der Zollabwicklung wünschenswert
  • Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
