Aufgaben

  • Du bist der erste Ansprechpartner für unsere Kunden und bearbeitest deren Anfragen
  • Du unterstützt bei der Lösung von Problemen und sorgst für Kundenzufriedenheit
  • Du dokumentierst die Gespräche und pflegst die Kundendaten in unserem System
