Mitarbeiter Lohn & Gehalt (m/w/d)

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Sie sind verantwortlich für die Erstellung und Überprüfung der Lohnund Gehaltsbuchhaltung für verschiedene Mandanten sowie für steuer- und sozialversicherungsrechtliche Angelegenheiten.
  • Sie überprüfen und erstellen Abrechnungen.
  • Sie erstellen Meldungen für Behörden und Ämter.
  • Sie sind Ansprechpartner in Lohn- und Gehaltsfragen für verschiedene Mandanten.
  • Sie können bei Interesse Aufgaben in der Finanzbuchhaltung übernehmen.

Ihr Profil:

  • Sie haben eine Ausbildung als Steuerfachangestellter, Steuerfachwirt oder Bilanzbuchhalter (m/w/d) mit Schwerpunkt Lohn und Gehalt oder eine ähnliche Qualifikation.
  • Idealerweise verfügen Sie bereits über Kenntnisse im Bereich Baulohn.
  • Sie verfügen über gute Kenntnisse in Arbeits- und Tarifrechtsbestimmungen, sowie im Steuer- und Sozialversicherungsrecht.
  • Sie verfügen über einen sicheren Umgang mit MS-Office.
  • Sie besitzen DATEV Kenntnisse.
  • Sie haben eine hohe Zahlenaffinität und verfügen über eine mathematische und analytische Denkweise.
