Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Marktbearbeitung und Kundenakquise - Sie bauen unser Netzwerk in der Region und darüber hinaus gezielt für unser Geschäftsfeld aus
  • Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung bestehender Kundenbeziehungen auf Augenhöhe
  • Operative Führung des Standortes mit Fokus auf Qualität, Effizienz und reibungslose Abläufe
  • Umsatz-, Kosten- und Ergebnisverantwortung für den Standort
  • Sicherstellung der Einhaltung gesetzlicher und interner Vorgaben
  • Strategische Weiterentwicklung unseres Standortes in enger Abstimmung mit der Geschäftsfeldleitung

Ihr Profil:

  • Mehrjährige operative Führungs- und Vertriebserfahrung
  • Idealerweise Erfahrung/Netzwerk in der Medizintechnik oder einem technischen Produktionsumfeld
  • Unternehmerisches Denken und ausgeprägte Kundenorientierung
  • Strukturierte, lösungsorientierte und innovative Arbeitsweise
  • Souveränes, verbindliches und überzeugendes Auftreten
  • Freude an der Führung vielfältiger Teams und an aktiver Geschäftsentwicklung
