The Opportunity

Join Hitachi Energy as an Order Management Specialist and play a key role in ensuring customer orders move efficiently from purchase to delivery. In this dynamic position, you'll collaborate with project management, manufacturing partners, logistics teams, and internal stakeholders to support successful order execution and customer satisfaction.

Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures and guidelines.
How You'll Make an Impact
- Process customer orders in SAP with a high degree of accuracy and efficiency.
- Coordinate with feeder factories to manage order flow, production updates, and delivery timelines.
- Partner with project management teams to support order-related activities and milestones.
- Serve as a key point of contact between customers and internal stakeholders.
- Monitor order status and proactively resolve discrepancies or fulfillment issues.
- Maintain accurate order documentation and records within SAP and related systems.
- Collaborate with logistics and supply chain teams to help ensure on-time deliveries.
- Prepare and communicate reports on order progress, lead times, and key performance metrics.
Your Background
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Operations, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in order management, customer operations, logistics, or a related function.
- Experience using SAP or other ERP systems.
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Effective communication and relationship-building skills across multiple teams.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
