• As an AI ServiceNow Architect, a typical day involves designing scalable and secure solutions that align with the broader enterprise architecture. The architect defines boundaries for customization and provides guidance on platform usage to maintain optimal performance and long-term maintainability. Collaboration with various stakeholders to ensure the architecture supports business needs and technical standards is a central part of daily activities, fostering innovation and strategic alignment across projects.

• Professional & Technical Skills:
• - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow, ITSM, ITOM, CMDB.
• - Strong knowledge of cloud computing concepts and SaaS architecture principles.
• - Experience with designing multi-tenant applications and modular software components.
• - Ability to define and enforce customization limits to maintain system integrity.
• - Familiarity with security best practices and cost optimization strategies in SaaS environments.
• - Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on scalable and maintainable solutions.

• Additional Information:
• - The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in ServiceNow.
• - This position is based at our Pune office.
