• Summary:
• As a Packaged or Software as a Service Application Engineer, a typical day involves configuring and supporting packaged or SaaS applications to tailor features according to evolving business requirements. The role includes managing software releases and ensuring the overall stability and performance of the systems. The engineer works with various standard tools, application programming interfaces, and low-code platforms to deliver solutions that align with organizational goals while maintaining compatibility across different environments. Collaboration with multiple teams to address challenges and optimize application functionality is a key part of daily activities.

• Roles & Responsibilities:
• - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• - Responsible for team decisions.
• - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• - Lead efforts to identify process improvements and implement best practices within the team.
• - Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
• - Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.

• Professional & Technical Skills:
• - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Amazon Connect.
• - Good To Have Skills: Experience with AWS Architecture.
• - Strong knowledge of cloud-based contact center solutions and their integration.
• - Ability to work with APIs and low-code platforms to customize and extend application functionality.
• - Experience in troubleshooting and resolving complex application issues to maintain system reliability.
• - Familiarity with release management processes and version control in packaged application environments.

• Additional Information:
• - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Amazon Connect.
• - This position is based at our Chennai office.
• - A 15 years full time education is required.
