Ihre zukünftigen Aufgaben bei uns:

Fachgerechte körperbezogene Pflegemaßnahmen und Behandlungspflege

Umsetzung des Pflegekonzepts, der Qualitätsprozesse und Pflegestandards

Beratung von Bewohnern und deren Angehörigen zu pflegefachlichen Fragen

Digitale Pflegedokumentation und Auswertung der Pflegeplanung

Kommunikation mit Haus- und Fachärzten sowie Apotheken

Anleitung und Begleitung von Pflegemitarbeitern

Sie eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung in der Pflege haben: als Pflegefachkraft, Altenpfleger/in, Gesundheits- und Krankenpfleger/in, Krankenschwester/-pfleger, Kinderkrankenschwester/-pfleger oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
