Deine Aufgaben

  • Eigenverantwortliche und bewohnergerechte Ausführung der Pflege- und Betreuungsaufgaben im Rahmen unseres Bezugspflegekonzeptes
  • Erstellung von Pflegeplänen
  • Umsetzung der Qualitätsstandards und fachlichen Konzepte

  • Examinierte Pflegefachkraft in der Alten-, Gesundheits- oder Krankenpflege
  • Freude und Interesse an der Arbeit mit älteren Menschen
