What you'll be doing

If you have an eye for detail and enjoy working with small parts, consider a career with us as a permanent full-time Production Assembly Specialist . With a positive attitude and strong attention to detail, you will support both production execution and in-process verification activities to ensure our products are built safely, consistently, and to established standards.

Key Responsibilities

Work with an established production team to build acoustic telemetry products and support in-process production checks.

Assemble miniature electronics and small mechanical parts while identifying and containing abnormalities.

Work under a microscope, with a steady hand and an eye for detail, to verify critical assembly requirements.

Learn build processes for multiple products and stations and support adherence to standard work.

Participate in problem solving and continuous improvement projects by providing observations and process feedback.

Perform designated in-process inspections and checks to ensure production standards, quality requirements, and safety expectations are maintained at every step.

Maintain accurate production records and an organized workspace.

Operate within standard operating procedures, document nonconformances, and escalate process or product concerns to the appropriate subject matter experts.

Experience in a manufacturing environment
