  • Für unseren Kunden, einen Nutzfahrzeughersteller aus Neu-Ulm, suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt eine engagierte PMO (m/w/d) mit IT- und Engineering Background.
  • Als Project Management Officer (PMO) unterstützen Sie den Projektleiter bei der erfolgreichen Steuerung eines komplexen IT-/Engineering-Projekts.
  • Ihre Aufgaben
  • Unterstützung des Projektes durch Erstellung und Aktualisierung von Projektplänen (z.B. Projektstrukturplan, Risikoanalysen)
  • Verantwortung für das Tracking der Projektziele sowie das kontinuierliche Tracking des Projektfortschritts (interne Meilensteinplanung) in Abstimmung mit der Projektleitung
  • Verantwortung für das Tracking von Abhängigkeiten zwischen den Projekten untereinander und Abstimmung dieser gemeinsam mit den Projektleitern, dem Projektteam und den externen Implementierungspartnern ab
  • Verantwortung für Planung- und Terminkoordination, Vor- und Nachbereitung von Projektmeetings sowie Tracking der beschlossenen Maßnahmen
  • Erstellung von Projektstatusberichten und Präsentationen für verschiedene Zielgruppen (Projektteam, Projektleiter, Auftraggeber, Lenkungsausschuss, Vorstand etc.)
  • Moderierung und Vor- und Nachbereitung von Workshops
  • Ihre Qualifikation
  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium„ z.B. IT oder Engineering oder Wirtschaftsinformatik bzw. vergleichbar
  • Mindestens 3 Jahre praktische Erfahrung als Projektmanager/PMO idealerweise bereits im agilen Umfeld
  • Erfahrung in IT-, Engineering- oder technischen Entwicklungsprojekten
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse im Projektmanagement und Projektmanagement Tools (Jira und Confluence)
  • Sicherer Umgang mit gängigen MS Office Produkten (Power Point, Excel, Word) sowie mit SAP als Anwender
  • Strukturierte, eigenständige und proaktive Arbeitsweise
  • Kommunikationsstärke und professionelles Stakeholder-Management
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
