WAS SIE ERWARTET:

  • Planung, Steuerung und Umsetzung von Projekten im Handelskontext
  • Koordination interdisziplinärer Projektteams aus Zentrale, Filialen, Logistik und IT
  • Steuerung externer Partner und Dienstleister
  • Entwicklung effizienter Soll-Prozesse unter Berücksichtigung operativer Umsetzbarkeit
  • Begleitung der Einführung neuer oder angepasster Prozesse in Filialen und Zentrale
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Einkauf, Logistik, Filialorganisation, IT und Controlling
  • Moderation von Workshops und Abstimmungen mit Fachbereichen und Filialvertretern
  • Begleitung von Veränderungsprozessen inkl. Kommunikation und Schulung

WAS SIE MITBRINGEN:

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium (z. B. BWL, Handelsmanagement, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Logistik, Informatik) oder vergleichbare Ausbildung
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Projektmanagement, idealerweise im Handelsumfeld
  • Grundkenntnisse in Prozessmodellierung (z. B. BPMN
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office; Kenntnisse von ERP-/Warenwirtschafts- oder Kassensystemen (z. B.
  • SAP, Dynamics) von Vorteil
  • Kommunikationsstärke im Umgang mit Filialen, Fachbereichen und Management
  • Durchsetzungsvermögen bei gleichzeitiger Praxisnähe
  • Hohe Organisations- und Priorisierungsfähigkeit
