  • ✓ Sie verantworten den gesamten Recruiting-Prozess für definierte Unternehmen der Max Aicher Gruppe von der Personalanforderung bis zur Vertragsunterzeichnung✓ Durch den gezielten Einsatz von Active Sourcing sprechen Sie passende Talente direkt an und bauen Talentpools auf✓ Sie analysieren relevante Recruiting-Kennzahlen und leiten daraus Optimierungspotenziale ab✓ Als zentrale Ansprechperson für Auszubildende und Praktikant:innen gestalten Sie die Nachwuchsgewinnung aktiv mit und vertreten die Max Aicher Gruppe auf Karrieremessen sowie Recruiting-Events✓ Sie bringen Ideen für Employer Branding Maßnahmen ein und setzen diese um✓ Inhalte für Karrierewebsite und Arbeitgeberauftritte gestalten und pflegen Sie mit
  • DAS BRINGEN SIE MIT
  • ✓ Eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder ein Studium mit Bezug zu Personal, Wirtschaft, Marketing oder einer vergleichbaren Qualifikation ✓ Erste Berufserfahrung im Recruiting: Sie haben bereits eigenständig Stellen besetzt Kenntnisse moderner Recruiting-Methoden und digitaler Recruiting-Tools Idealerweise Erfahrung im Active Sourcing ✓ Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Beratungskompetenz ✓ Selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise Eigeninitiative, Pragmatismus und den Anspruch, Dinge voranzubringen
