  • Erstellung und Pflege technischer Dokumentationen für Maschinen und Anlagen, einschließlich Betriebs-, Wartungs- und Serviceanleitungen
  • Aufbereitung komplexer technischer Inhalte in verständlicher und zielgruppengerechter Form
  • Sicherstellung der normgerechten und rechtskonformen Dokumentation sowie Unterstützung bei CE-relevanten Unterlagen
  • Mitwirkung bei Risikobeurteilungen und sicherheitsrelevanten Dokumentationen
  • Verwaltung, Aktualisierung und Versionierung von Dokumenten über den gesamten Produktlebenszyklus
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Konstruktion, Entwicklung, Produktion und Service zur Informationsbeschaffung
  • Optimierung von Dokumentationsstandards, Vorlagen und Dokumentationsprozessen

  • Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung (HTL, Lehre, Meister, FH oder vergleichbar)
  • Erste Erfahrung als technische:r Redakteur:in, Dokumentationsspezialist:in oder in einer vergleichbaren technischen Funktion von Vorteil
  • Der Anforderung entsprechende Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Englischkenntnisse für die Arbeit mit internationalen Dokumenten und Fachbegriffen von Vorteil
  • Strukturierte, präzise und eigenständige Arbeitsweise
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office; Erfahrungen mit Redaktionssystemen oder Dokumentenmanagementsystemen sind ein Plus
