Der Sportbund Rheinland e.V. mit Sitz in Koblenz ist Dienstleister für ca. 3.000 Vereine und 60 Fachverbände mit ca. 630.000 Mitgliedern im nördlichen Rheinland-Pfalz. Wir bieten unseren Mitgliedern ein breites Qualifizierungs-, Beratungs- und Informationsangebot sowie umfangreiche finanzielle Hilfen für die Vereins- und Verbandsarbeit.

Für unsere Abteilung Bildung Sportpraxis, Breitensport suchen wir schnellstmöglich – spätestens zum 1. Januar 2027 – in Vollzeit, zunächst befristet bis 27.01.2029 als Elternzeit-Vertretung, eine\*n

Referent\*in digitale Bildung (m/w/d)

Hiermit sollen Sie uns unterstützen:

  • Konzeptionelle und inhaltliche Weiterentwicklung der Aus- und Fortbildung, insbesondere im Bereich Blended Learning
  • Entwicklung von digitalen Lehr- und Lernmitteln
  • Planung, Organisation und Durchführung von Blended Learning-Ausbildungen

Das müssen Sie mitbringen:

  • Abgeschlossenes sportwissenschaftliches Studium (Bachelor) oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Hohe digitale Kompetenz (z.B. in Office 365) sowie die ausgeprägte Fähigkeit, sich schnell in neue Software einarbeiten zu können
  • Schnelle Auffassungsgabe, proaktiver und dynamischer Arbeitsstil sowie Begeisterungsfähigkeit

  • Kenntnisse des Sportvereins- und Sportverbandswesen
  • Erste Erfahrungen mit digitalen Lernplattformen und Lernmanagement-Systemen
