Zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt suchen wir Sie als Release-Manager (m/w/d) für den Standort Hannover.

  • Ihr Aufgabenbereich
  • Vorbereitung und Steuerung der Release-Aktivitäten für die Softwareverteilung der Plattform „Managed Workplace“
  • Erstellung und Pflege der nötigen Jira-Tickets zur Koordination und Freigabe des Paketierungs- und Verteilungsprozesses über Microsoft Intune/AppFactory für verschiedene Projekte
  • Teilnahme an allen prozessrelevanten Meetings (z.B. CABs)
  • Tracking und Steuerung von Fehlerbehebungen sowie Incident-Management
  • Enge Abstimmungt mit den Stakeholdern (Development Teams, Business Units und externen Partnern) hinsichtlich Release-Umfang, Zeitplanung, Freigaben und Meilensteinverfolgung
  • Dokumentation, Nachverfolgung und Reporting aller release-relevanten Informationen
  • Aufbereitung und Präsentation von Entwicklungsfortschritten und Testergebnissen sowie Planung und Koordination prozessbegleitender Maßnahmen
  • Ihr Profil
  • Abgeschlossenes Studium der Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung
  • Idealerweise Erfahrung in der Zusammenarbeit mit SRE-Teams sowie Verständnis für deren Mindset und Aufgabenbereiche
  • Erfahrung im Umfeld der Softwareverteilung und Paketierung
  • Hohe Stressresistenz und Teamfähigkeit in agilen sowie klassischen Arbeitsumgebungen
  • Selbstbewusstes Auftreten als Fachexperte in heterogenen Teams
  • Fließende Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (C1) und gute Englischkenntnisse für den technischen Austausch (B2)
