Für unser Rezeptionsteam suchen wir ab sofort einen Rezeptionisten (m/w/d) in Vollzeit oder Teilzeit , der Freude am Gästekontakt hat, gerne organisiert arbeitet und auch dann den Überblick behält, wenn es an der Rezeption mal etwas lebhafter wird.

Als erste Anlaufstelle für unsere Gäste prägst du den Aufenthalt von Anfang an mit – vom ersten „Willkommen“ bis zur Verabschiedung.

### Deine Aufgaben

  • Empfang und Betreuung unserer Hotelgäste
  • Check-in und Check-out
  • Bearbeitung von Reservierungen und Gästewünschen
  • Telefonische und schriftliche Kommunikation
  • Beratung unserer Gäste zu Hotelangeboten, Veranstaltungen und Ausflugsmöglichkeiten
  • Professioneller Umgang mit Fragen und Anliegen
  • Kassenführung und allgemeine administrative Aufgaben
  • Zusammenarbeit mit allen relevanten Hotelbereichen

### Das bringst du mit

  • Freude am Umgang mit Menschen und ein sicheres, freundliches Auftreten
  • Idealerweise Erfahrung an einer Hotelrezeption oder im Servicebereich
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse und gute Umgangsformen
  • Englischkenntnisse sind von Vorteil
  • Sicherer Umgang mit PC und gängigen Anwendungen
  • Organisationstalent und eine zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
  • Bereitschaft zu Schicht-, Wochenend- und Feiertagsdiensten
  • Teamgeist, Flexibilität und Lust darauf, Gastgeber zu sein
