岗位概述

负责推动 RWA 产品在传统金融渠道的市场推广与商业落地。

核心职责

对接传统券商，资管机构等客户，建立并维护合作关系，推动 RWA 产品进入其客户推荐体系

深入理解传统金融机构的客户结构、合规要求与产品偏好，制定针对性的渠道推广方案

策划并执行面向传统金融受众的推广活动，包括路演、联名活动、机构专场等

协调内部资产、 BD 、合规、市场、区域团队等跨部门资源，确保渠道推广顺利落地

负责渠道合作全周期管理：前期方案沟通、合作期间执行跟进、合作后效果复盘与关系维护

跟踪渠道关键数据（引流规模、转化率、 AUM 贡献、机构活跃度等），持续优化渠道策略

任职要求

3年以上相关工作经验，有传统券商、银行、资管机构从业经历者优先

熟悉传统金融产品（债券、基金、结构化产品、REITs 等）基本逻辑及机构客户决策流程

了解 RWA 赛道基本概念及主流项目（如 Ondo、Maple、Centrifuge 等），能够向传统金融受众清晰解释链上资产逻辑

具备良好的英文听说读写能力，能够独立与海外机构及跨区域团队沟通协作

执行力强，能够在紧张节奏下推动多渠道项目并行落地
