Schnellstmöglich suchen wir im Rahmen der Arbeitnehmerüberlassung für unseren Kunden aus der Chemiebranche 2 Mitarbeiter im Customer Service / Auftragsabwicklung (m/w/d)

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Die komplette Auftragsabwicklung von der Annahme bis zur Fakturierung inkl. Erstellen der Exportdokumente
  • Die Betreuung von Kunden, Spediteuren, Distributoren und Banken
  • Die Sicherstellung der termingerechten Auslieferung
  • Bearbeitung von EU- und Exportaufträgen, Exportdokumentenerstellung, Abwicklung von Musteraufträgen im ERP-System
  • Erstellen von Rechnungen, Monatsabrechnungen sowie Gutschriften und Belastungen
  • Sicherstellung des Servicelevels unter ständiger Analyse der Lieferperformance
  • Bearbeitung von Reklamationen

Optimalerweise bringen Sie folgende Punkte schon mit:

  • Eine Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung und erste Berufserfahrung in den o.g. Aufgabenbereichen (idealerweise aus der Chemiebranche)
  • Ausgeprägte Service- und Teamorientierung
  • Selbstständige, strukturierte und flexible Arbeitsweise
  • Erfahrung im Umgang mit ERP-Systemen sowie gute MS Office Kenntnisse
  • Fließende Englisch- und Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sind zwingend erforderlich
