  • Abwicklung von Wareneingängen und Warenausgängen im ERP-System
  • Erstellung, Prüfung und Verwaltung von Versand- und Zolldokumenten
  • Abstimmung mit nationalen und internationalen Speditionen
  • Betreuung und Beratung von Kunden im In- und Ausland
  • Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Fristen, Zoll- und Exportvorschriften
  • Unterstützung bei lagerbezogenen Tätigkeiten bei Bedarf
  • Mitwirkung bei Inventuren und Bestandskontrollen

  • Unser Auftraggeber ist ein international tätiges Produktionsunternehmen mit klar strukturierten Logistikprozessen.
  • Globale Warenströme, hohe Qualitätsstandards und verlässliche Abläufe prägen das Umfeld. Die Versandabwicklung ist dabei ein zentraler Bestandteil des Unternehmenserfolgs.
  • ###### Anforderungen
  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Kaufmann/-frau für Spedition und Logistikdienstleistung oder Fachkraft für Lagerlogistik \(m/w/d\)
  • Berufserfahrung in der Versand-, Import- oder Exportabwicklung
  • Gutes Verständnis logistischer und zollrelevanter Prozesse
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office sowie einem ERP-System
  • Gute Englischkenntnisse, weitere Fremdsprachen von Vorteil
  • Strukturierte, zuverlässige und kommunikative Arbeitsweise

  • Attraktive Vergütung von ca. 42.000 € bis 46.000 € brutto p. a., abhängig von Qualifikation und Erfahrung
